"I have to take some time to testify to you, Joel, and 21st Century for your "over-the-top" work with Sidney Public Schools. Two years ago we began our relationship when the need for a mower arose. Since that time, as you know, we have become better with the addition of two machines.

Every piece of John Deere equipment we have has become valuable staff members of our department ( we even give them vacation days once in a while). They do their jobs and come back begging for more. Your Sales crew has us hooked. Your Parts crew are always "johnny on the spot". Although, can't say anything good about your Repair Shop. Why? Because we haven't needed repairs!!!!!!!!

As Director of Maintenance and Grounds, it is my charge to make recommendations for equipment and to justify that purchase with usage. You guys have greatly assisted me in that charge through intelligent suggestions and -"outside the box" actions. Jerami, I have run the numbers. This past year you have saved Sidney Public Schools just under $7,200.00 in operational costs because of your equipment!!

The Sidney Red Raiders may be proud of our Red and White school colors but the Maintenance and Grounds Department are "all in" for GREEN!"

"When our transmission failed this spring on the used 9560RT, I was very thankful that we had listened to our salesman and purchased the John Deere PowerGard Extended Warranty when we bought the tractor," explains David Haun. "This only cost us $500 out of pocket for the $40,000 transmission. We have so much invested in this equipment I wouldn't buy anything without PowerGard. The dealership did a great job getting us back up and running as quickly as possible. They're a great partner to have in our business."

Tim and Robert McCall raise organic alfalfa for ProAg Management of Wray, CO and sell their hay crop to the Aurora Dairy. “We get more done in a day and are running one less large square baler than we had with our previous brand of equipment. The cut and crimping quality is better with our John Deere W155 windrower and we’re not losing near as many alfalfa leaves during the baling process with the L341,” states Tim McCall. “We’ve actually reduced our man power and our labor hours and can still get everything done. The dealership support has also been great. We have a Parts On Site cabinet for convenience and everything is on a service maintenance agreement so we have the peace of mind that the dealership is monitoring our equipment and helping us to keep it rolling all season. We are just in the process of installing the new John Deere Bale Mobile on the L341 square balers and really looking forward to being able to sort the moisture content of our bales. This has been a great partnership for us!”  With a competitive leasing program from John Deere Financial the McCall’s were able to purchase all new John Deere equipment including L341 large square balers, W155 windrowers, 560M round balers and several 6E and 7 Series tractors.

“The technicians know better than me where to look for potential problems and what items are worn,” state Carson and Kelly Kalkowski.  “They point out everything they find and then I have the option to repair it or not.  It just gives me a lot of peace of mind and we run trouble free.  It also maintains the value of our equipment.  I’m very pleased with the program.”

Tim and Derek Schilke of Imperial purchased a new John Deere S780 combine.  The machine has several improved features compared to their previous John Deere combine.  “This is just a great machine,” states Tim.  “John Deere has made several improvements to help with efficiency and operator comfort.  I really like the Interactive Combine Adjustment feature.  I have the piece of mind that as conditions change across the field that the machine is automatically adjusting and providing the best possible threshing capability.  In addition to more horsepower, it’s some of the small features that really make this a nice machine to run all day.  I like the smaller hydrostat handle, the swiveling seat, putting my feet up on the foot pegs by the window, and the convince of seeing the top of the grain bin with the new exterior mirrors.  The cab is a lot quieter and it’s just a really nice machine to run.”
